The FM 1000 is manufactured under strict quality control in Oberndorf am Neckar. Prior to delivery, each cutter is "run" under laboratory conditions.
This increases the service life and lifetime.

The speed can be adjusted to any application. In addition, the digital electronics are equipped with soft start, idle speed reduction, constant speed under load and overload protection.

The FM 1000 impresses with a high concentricity of < 0.05 mm at a distance of 25 mm (in the cone < 0.01 mm). Responsible for this extraordinary precision is the fine-tuning of all components and the fact that the anchor and spindle are manufactured from one piece and balanced.

The spindle can be locked at the push of a button for easy and convenient tool changing.

DOUBLE MOLDED SPINDLE

A closed double ball bearing is used to better absorb axial forces.

We recommend the suitable collets (Kress) in use with the Kress nuts
