CNC V (CNC 5) Construction Plan

The CNC V is a CNC milling machine with a working area of 920 x 500 mm.
The development was based on simple construction and low cost.

The machine is available in single components or as a DIY set.

The CNC V is a large machine, with which materials up to a size of 1000 x 500 mm can be
processed. The advantages are the large working area and its price.
With this machine you are able to mill whole ribs or even rib sets in one go.

Ideal for:
    * Plywood up to 6mm
    * Balsa wood 10mm
    * GRP 3mm
    * CRP 3mm
    * Engrave aluminium and brass
    * Easy mechanical assembly
    * Controller SMC 1500 or NC-Step
    * PCNC 3.10 or WinPC-NC

The following are needed to build the CNC V:
    * Box column drill
    * Lathe
    * Milling machine
